What's up with shipping?
I ship USPS Priority and charge a flat fee of $2.00 for all domestic orders.
Available items purchased directly through my website are shipped within 3-5 days of purchase. Please email me if you require a rush order.
And what about damaged Items?
If your item arrives damaged, please keep all original packaging materials and send me an email at orders@jrdesignshop.com for instructions.
Can I return or exchange?
Yes. All items are returnable for credit or refund (less shipping) if returned in original condition within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Please email me before returning an item.

What's the best way to care for my jewelry?
Storage. Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place. Silver can scratch easily. Don't keep it in places where it would rub against other pieces of jewelry or hard surfaces.
Preventing Tarnish. If you are not going to wear a piece for a long time, use a small zip lock bag to keep it sealed and dry. I use tarnishguard™ bags. They are especially treated to absorb and neutralize the sulfide vapors that cause tarnishing. For extra care, I also use 3M tarni-shield™ tabs.
Cleaning your jewelry. For Brass, simply use a mild soap a water. There are several methods for treating tarnished jewelry. I use a professional tarnish remover from Sunshine™ Products. It is biodegradable and safe to use with most gemstones. For a faster solution I use Wrights’s Tarnish Remover. It works in seconds but cannot be used for jewelry with gemstones. Be sure to read the warning notices on all anti-tarnish products.
Polishing. Polishing cloths are an excellent choice for cleaning jewelry. I use a buffering/polishing cloth. I also use a professional jewelry cleaner liquid.
